Chicken White Curry

Ingredients

500 grams of Chicken

1 pack of SABA seasoning
How to cook

Mix the chicken with the ground spices, then leave for about 15 minutes for the spices to infuse.

Sauteed Chicken that has been smeared with spices.

Add the coconut milk, cook over low heat while stirring occasionally so the coconut milk doesn't break. Cook until tender.

If you like opor with a lot of gravy, you can add water according to taste.

Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
