Chicken White Curry

  • 500 grams of Chicken

  • 1 pack of SABA seasoning

How to cook

  • Mix the chicken with the ground spices, then leave for about 15 minutes for the spices to infuse.

  • Sauteed Chicken that has been smeared with spices.

  • Add the coconut milk, cook over low heat while stirring occasionally so the coconut milk doesn't break. Cook until tender.

  • If you like opor with a lot of gravy, you can add water according to taste.

  • Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
